Linkevia brings people together through real-life activities. These terms explain everyone’s responsibilities.

1. Access to the service
Linkevia is for people aged 18 and over. This requirement applies to accounts, Linkiz, groups and messaging. Each member must confirm that they are at least 18, provide accurate information, protect their account and create only one personal profile. Access may be suspended to protect the community or investigate a report.
A missing age does not confirm that someone is an adult. Existing members whose adult eligibility has not yet been confirmed must confirm that they are at least 18 to continue using member features. If an account states an age below 18, access to these features is restricted. The person can contact support to correct an error and can still request access to their data or account deletion. This change does not automatically delete accounts.
2. Creating and joining Linkiz
Organisers must accurately describe the activity, select a public establishment or space, and explain access conditions and any equipment participants should bring. The exact venue is visible to signed-in members before they join. Organisers must not publish illegal, misleading, discriminatory, dangerous or unauthorised commercial content. Participants must respect people, venues and schedules, and cancel as soon as possible if they can no longer attend.
3. In-person meetups
Linkevia helps people connect but does not physically organise meetups and cannot guarantee members’ behaviour. The “Phone verified” badge confirms access to a phone number, not the person’s identity or age. For a first meetup, choose a public place, tell someone you trust, keep your phone accessible and leave if you feel unsafe. Contact the emergency services if there is an immediate danger.
4. Attendance, ratings and content
After a meetup, confirmed participants are presumed to have attended. The organiser may report absences within the applicable period; the person concerned may dispute that report, which then has no effect on their reliability indicator while it is reviewed. Ratings are reserved for members recognised as having attended and must describe a genuine experience without insults or sensitive personal data. You remain responsible for anything you publish and grant Linkevia the technical right to host and display your content in order to provide the service.
5. Moderation
Linkevia may hide content, restrict a feature, or suspend or delete an account in response to a breach, a safety risk or a legal obligation. A report does not automatically result in a sanction: it is reviewed according to its severity and the information available.
6. Availability and changes
The service is currently provided as a beta. Interruptions or changes may occur, particularly for maintenance and security. We will notify members of any material change to these terms, and renewed acceptance may be required.
Registration, places and attendance
Direct joining and a request awaiting approval do not have the same effect: members must check participation status on the page. Adding a favourite, sending a message or receiving a link does not reserve a place. Attendance must respect the stated capacity, including when a participant wishes to bring a companion.
Prices and third-party services
Activity expenses may concern admission, food or drinks, equipment hire or another service purchased from a third party. Participants must check prices and terms before committing. Joining on Linkevia does not automatically reserve a table, ticket or transport, or guarantee a refund from Linkevia. Professional offers have separate terms provided before an order.
Changes and cancellations
Organisers use management tools to update or cancel an activity and inform participants of important changes. Members should check the page before leaving and may withdraw if the new arrangements do not suit them. Cancelling participation does not replace any necessary cancellation with an external provider.
Personal accounts, content and protected rights
Do not share account access or bypass restrictions with a new profile. You keep the rights to your content; the technical permission needed to operate the service does not transfer ownership to Linkevia or remove the need for permission from photographed people. Nothing removes mandatory rights under applicable law or Linkevia's responsibility for its own breaches.
