Contact Linkevia
Choose the right topic so your request can be routed and tracked without unnecessary delay.
Emergency and safety
This form is not monitored continuously and never replaces emergency services. In immediate danger, move to safety, tell someone you trust and call 112 in the European Union.
Other contact method
You can also email contact@linkevia.com. If a request is already registered, include its reference.
Choose the right topic
Account or sign-in: lost access, email issues or technical errors. Safety: an outing incident or concerning behaviour. Potentially illegal content: identify content precisely and provide a good-faith statement. Appeal: a moderation decision to review. Personal data: access, correction or another right. Venues, press and legal requests also have dedicated categories.
Useful information to prepare
Describe the steps, date and expected result, then provide the Linkiz, member or decision link or reference if known. For a bug, add the phone or browser used and the error text. This form does not upload attachments: start with the facts and references. Never share passwords, SMS codes or banking data.
After sending: reference and reply
A successful submission displays a reference to keep. It confirms registration, but not an immediate reply or automatic email. The team uses the supplied address when a reply or clarification is needed. Send additional information to contact@linkevia.com with the reference. An error message means receipt is not confirmed: retry later or use email.
Personal-data requests
Specify the right you want to exercise and the relevant account email. The normal deadline is one month, with a justified extension possible under GDPR conditions. An identity document is not required by default; proportionate checks may be requested where there is reasonable doubt about identity. Privacy explains rights and complaints to the CNIL.
