Moderation policy
Linkevia protects real-world meetup safety while reviewing each situation proportionately.
Version dated 27 September 2026 · Effective immediately
What may be reviewed
Reported profiles, Linkiz, messages or media, ratings, absence declarations and some content in preventive review may be examined by authorised staff. A report does not automatically trigger a penalty.
Possible measures
Depending on severity, repetition and context: warning, feature restriction, content removal, Linkiz cancellation, temporary suspension or account deletion. Urgent measures may precede a final review when a credible risk threatens a person or the service.
Decision notice
Where law and safety allow, the affected person receives the measure, duration, main facts, rule applied, any use of automation and the appeal route. Information that could identify a reporter or enable retaliation may be withheld.
Appeal
Use Contact and choose Appeal a moderation decision. Include the reference, explain your disagreement and provide useful evidence. Appeals are reviewed free of charge by a person and are not automatically rejected.
Report potentially illegal content
Contact is available without an account. Choose the dedicated category and provide the exact location, legal or factual reasons, contact details and a good-faith statement. Linkevia acknowledges receipt and communicates its decision where permitted.
Authorities and emergency
Linkevia cooperates with competent authorities when a valid request requires it. In immediate danger, call emergency services: moderation is not an emergency service.
Send an actionable report
Identify the Linkiz, member or message, the date and observed facts. Distinguish what you witnessed from what others told you and explain your request. To notify potentially illegal content without an account, provide a link or reference locating it, explain why you consider it illegal and confirm your good-faith statement. Do not publish case material.
How review works
Authorised staff consider context, severity, repetition and available evidence. They may request clarification or take a temporary protective measure. A disagreement or negative review is not itself proof of abuse. Review is not real-time monitoring of every meetup and no immediate intervention time is guaranteed.
Confidentiality, evidence and follow-up
Report and evidence access is restricted to people who need it to handle the case. Some information may be disclosed where legally required, including to competent authorities. Account deletion does not necessarily destroy isolated evidence retained lawfully. Keep the reference displayed after submitting a form to provide more information; avoid identical repeated requests.
What an appeal can do
An appeal can provide a factual correction, missing context or an explanation concerning the rule applied. It is reviewed free of charge but does not guarantee reversal. If a decision changes, possible next steps depend on factors including content availability and people's safety. Routes to competent authorities and courts remain available under applicable rules.
