Delete your Linkevia account
You can permanently delete your account in the app, or send us a request if you can no longer access it.

In the app
Open your profile, then “My settings”. At the bottom of the screen, choose “Permanently delete my account”, type the confirmation word displayed in the app (SUPPRIMER) and confirm. The request is processed immediately. Linkevia will never ask for your password by email.
If you used Sign in with Apple
Your Linkevia account is still deleted immediately. After confirming it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then “Sign in with Apple”, Linkevia and “Delete” to remove the Apple authorisation as well. See Apple’s official instructions.
If you can no longer access the app
Email contact@linkevia.com from the address linked to the account with the subject “Delete my Linkevia account”. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting it. Never send your password.
What is deleted
Profile data, private messages and original messaging files are deleted. Linkiz you organise are cancelled and participants are notified. Historic group messages are anonymised to preserve conversations. Isolated evidence linked to a safety report may be retained for the limited period described in the Privacy Policy where it is needed for safety or a legal obligation.
